SA Capital (SAC) was founded in 2005 and is based in Adelaide, South Australia. It has extensive experience in the Australian Resources Sector and in particular in relation to capital raisings for exploration companies as an Australian Financial Services License Holder. SA Capital is a corporate advisory firm specializing in equity raisings and underwritings. The principal Angus Middleton is also Managing Director of SA Capital Funds Management Limited (SACFM) which manages an Adelaide based Microcap Investment Fund the SACFM No 1 Fund.

SA Capital has been involved in advising and raising equity for corporations in the form of venture capital, seed capital, private equity, pre-initial public offerings and initial public offerings. The company is also active in the secondary market advising and assisting companies that are listed on the ASX with their capital requirements in the form of debt or equity financing.

SA Capital Pty Ltd also specializes in the area of Dual Listings, Mergers and Acquisitions.

The group invests predominantly in the resources sector in microcaps from its own balance sheet and its associates balance sheets and co-invests with introduced wholesale clients. Due to acting as a proactive rather than passive investor this may include having Board Seats or retained Corporate advisory mandates.
